What are you going to do?
You will have the opportunity to work in a forward-thinking and growth-
oriented environment, at a company that correlates logs, traces, errors, and
session replays in one place to debug anything from click to database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building high-performance observability streaming and analytics at PB-scale.
- Focusing on crafting an amazing developer experience to take engineers from incident to resolution.
- Engaging directly with our community of customers, contributors, and users to quickly action feedback.
- Solving technical problems like building durable SDKs for various languages/platforms and scaling our ingestion pipeline and Clickhouse cluster.
What will help you succeed
- 7+ years of engineering experience, with bonus points for developer tools.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript for both Next.js frontend and Express backend.
- Proficiency in SQL for query generation with our Clickhouse DB.
- Comfort with Docker/containers and familiarity with Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms.
- Experience with MongoDB.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Deep experience with distributed systems and scaling high-volume event ingestion pipelines.
- Passion for quick, impactful shipping and solving real customer problems.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to execute big ideas independently while collaborating when needed.
- Love for building alongside an open-source community and learning new technologies.
- Strong opinions on observability tooling and curiosity about other languages and platforms.
